In the paper, ICCP is introduced as a HTCP (horizontal type co-culture plate). There are two types of co-culture plate which are separated by the filter, the one is a vertical type and the other one is a horizontal type. The Previous type is a vertical type associated with the structure of the connection mechanism. We developed a new type of co-culture plate and introduced it in the paper.

We are preparing the 2nd paper for the performance of ICCP. In our analysis, ICCP is superior to the previous type(VTCP) in passing through the liquid factor and has especially advantages in exosome density.

What is the reason that HTCP is superior to VTCP in exosome density?
